Ensuring that the window covering installed will fit function correctly. However, since we have no stock on shelves in our store, every order is custom made to your windows, and it does take about 10-15 working days to receive and install your products.

Our solution to this is we will provide temporary paper shades while you wait for your order.

There are many options for child safety concerns. Cordless shades, battery-operated motorized shades or other lift system mechanisms that will retract the cords in the shade housing help keep it out of the reach of children.

We are always looking out for child safety and we highly recommend staying away from any window covering that is controlled by standard pull cords, seen in cheap fauxwood or mini blinds and keeping these cords far away from baby cribs and furniture that children play or climb around on.

If you’ve already selected window coverings with cords, we would recommend installing wall mounted cord cleats.
